Meet Ben

I enjoy coaching to see the community come together and improve their overall health and fitness. It is a pleasure to witness the shy and not so confident athletes develop their skills and fitness in the gym. in return, they become more outgoing and confident in both the gym and everyday life. Also, 5:30am workouts are my jam!

Meet Brooke

I was introduced to CrossFit in 2010 when I was deployed to Afghanistan and I’ve been doing it ever since. Not only am I consistently more fit, my mental health is more stable. The CrossFit family is irreplaceable in my heart. Being a coach allows me to take my passion for CrossFit to another level, pushing athletes along in their fitness journey and seeing that excitement and pride on their faces when they achieve the seemingly impossible.
