We're hosting the April 24th, 2021 Festivus Games Teams of 3 Hybrid Event so grab to of your friends and jump in! This is a competition for "the rest of us" - for the 95% of athletes who aren't pure-Rx firebreathers.

WHAT: Teams are either 3 males or 3 females

WHEN: April 24th, 2021

DIVISION: Novice, Intermediate, Masters

1) Do the WODs at Home!
2) Do the WODs at your Home Gym!
3) Compete at Our Host April 24th!

So, no matter where you do the WODs, you'll have a great time with your teammates and you'll get to see how your scores stacked up against thousands of other athletes from multiple countries!

We had such a great time hosting the mixed pairs competition in April, we decided to host the September competition as well! Festivus Games is in its fifth year as THE WORLDWIDE FUNCTIONAL-FITNESS COMPETITION FOR BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATE ATHLETES (No fire breathers allowed!). No athlete, whether six months in or brand new, will need to scale any of the events. Festivus Games is about capacity more than a high degree of skill. Everyone can row…just how fast? Everyone can deadlift…just how much?

The "Murph" workout honors Medal of Honor Recipient Navy SEAL LT Micheal P. Murphy along with all other members of our armed forces who have sacrificed their lives for our country. Each year on Memorial Day an increasing number of CrossFit affiliates take on this "hero" workout to physically and mentally challenge themselves and to pay their respects and honor the fallen.

Mt. Washington CrossFit has decided to raise money for a northern NH Non-Profit known as Warriors at 45 North. Accept the Murph Challenge and take part in helping this organization that selflessly helps Veterans at no cost. We are asking for a $10 entry fee to join us and help this organization that is making a difference in our Veterans lives.
