We are a HAM Plan affiliate

At MWCF, we strive to provide an inclusive atmosphere for all of our athletes. Our priority is to include a programming platform suitable for all levels. This is why we have opted to become a HAM Plan affiliate. HAM Plan provides a multi-level training structure that allows you to improve in all fitness domains (Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy). The workouts are designed by games athletes Austin Malleolo, Spencer Hendel, and James Hobart. Check them out!
